One clinical, one digital
Carely was built by two brothers. Martin Mikek, MD, is a healthcare entrepreneur and clinician, with two decades of building and operating Morela Okulisti and Artros. Mihael Mikek is co-founder and CEO of Celtra, a leading SaaS platform in digital marketing, with a track record of building digital ventures. They developed Carely inside their own clinics over years, originally to solve their own differentiation and marketing challenges. Two design aims: personalised patient experience that fosters empathy, trust, and connection at scale, and marketing optimization built on first-party data.
Both perspectives have been at the same table from day one.
Built where it is used
Carely started years before it had a name, inside Morela Okulisti. We were building a patient experience that felt clear, personal, and guided. Existing systems could not deliver it: inquiries fell between them, data lived in different worlds, continuity depended on whoever remembered. So we built Carely inside the clinic, incrementally. We learned that personalised patient experience and measurable marketing reinforce each other. They are the same project.
